Due to the high demand for our products, there is usually a waitlist for parts to be produced. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to place an order so that we can add you to the list. We only accept payment when we're ready to build your parts.

Orders that include cowls are shipped using a commercial shipping company. We are able to ship internationally as well as domestically. Arrangements for shipping and shipping payments on all cowl orders are handled by the shipping company.

We highly encourage you to add insurance to your package especially large expensive items. If damage or loss occurs while out of our control while in transit the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper. James Aircraft does not incur any liability for products damaged or lost in shipping and not responsible for replacing them.
